Trying to Catch Up

I've had a couple family filled weekends, so now it is time for major catch up.

First day of the first weekend in review, my dad's eldest brother and his wife are now in the MTC, preparing for their mission in Hungary. We got to spend a day him them, my dad's other older brother and his wife, and some cousins. My mother also came into town, so it was quite the party.

We took the family on the tour of my dad's cousin's new bakery (well, they just built the building, he's had the bakery for quite a while.)

left - dad's "baker" cousin & right - dad's older brother

Figure out what kind of bakery it is...?

dad's oldest brother

Here's my dad's aunt and uncle, and their son (he's the one who owns the bakery)

Giving family members who haven't been to the bakery before a tour of the awesome facility...

check out all that wheat...

Checking out the wheat grinder...

actually pretty cool, the whole process

Then it was back to my great aunt and uncle's house for some god times. We....

...ate some yummy birthday cake (an elder has to turn 19 before leaving on a mission after all... or a multiple of... )

...shared some stories of our heritage...

...tickled some bellies...

...visited with the newlyweds. FYI: they make the funniest homemade movies...

Can't get enough of this cute face? (and soon to be a big sister...)

And thanks to the newlyweds for this fabulous photo of the missionaries entering the MTC.

Can't you already tell what great missionaries they will be??? Look out Hungary!
