Thank you great uncle Al for sharing your words of wisdom with us.
Papa's brother is in town. A few of us got together Tuesday and Wednesday night and it was a blast.
Can you believe this man is 86??? You should have seen him shake his hips as he danced with aunt Sondra.
He's papa's little brother, younger by a whole 2 years. I've always been jealous of the Latham eyes. Both papa and uncle Al have them, aren't they so beautiful? (not that this photo gives them justice.)
Uncle Al shared his secret to staying young with us: glass of bourbon with water 3 times a day. It's that simple.
Oh, and I couldn't stop laughing, well most of the night really, but when he told us that he has to help out his neighbors a lot because they are just getting to be too old to do it themselves... all his neighbors in their 60s and 70s, yup, they're younger than him. Love those Latham genes. Glad I got me some.
